A stream lined mortgage application made by Chris Bellingham and Susan Jarrett. I was kept informed and clear explanations provided to my questions. Had a personal call from Susan to let me know the application had been successful. Best of all the application turn around was very fast.

Susan Jarrett and her team where exceptional from begining to end. They were fast, friendly and delivered as promised (somethimes sooner). At the beginning of the process, I made it clear to them what I needed and some of the issues I had, none of that was a problem. They insured that there were no hold-ups or problems. I really cannot be more pleased or impressed by the service I received. Both the initial advice and guidance then the subsequent support through the application process could not have been improved. At my time of life (mid 70s) I never dreamt I could buy a new home but here I am, on the verge of completing my move thanks the the mortgage offer received today. We worked with James at Advantage FS sorting a mortgage on recent property purchase. Our circumstances were probably a little unusual being self-employed without a long trading record.
