He was incredibly diligent, extremely responsive, and always available whenever I had a question or needed to talk something through. I never felt like I was chasing him he was always ten steps ahead. What impressed me most was how proactive he was. Every time a lower mortgage rate became available, he immediately switched me onto the better deal, ensuring I got the best possible rate. Thanks to his hard work and attention to detail, I'm now saving a significant amount on my monthly mortgage payments. Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the whole process feel so much easier. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who is professional, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond.
Avoid - incompetent, rude and actually with ill-intent. He forgot to mention that our mortgage offer was on an initial 2y term. When we received the offer and read what we weren't told, not only he failed to acknowledge he forgot to mention the terms, he went as far as saying that we were not undersanding the situation. He then started spamming us with emails, and when asked to stop for the 2nd time, he threatened he will pull out on the mortgage.

Andrew is a breath of fresh air, I'm so pleased I've found him. I've just remortgaged a property, which was all completed in 3 weeks and 3 days! I really like how he asks for everything he needs upfront and then gets on with things himself. I've used many brokers in the past. A couple have been ok but many have been terrible, passing me to another colleague for every step in the process and asking for things I've sent previously, but none of that from Andrew.
