Too much outsourcing jobs. You'll end up talking to Magna, S&G, independent garages. What's the point in an insurance company, if you got to do it all yourself? Had a car accident, and instead of sending my car to a professional repair garage, they sent it to a body shop garage, whom took the piss with my car. Driving it like crazy, returning it without fuel, uncompleted repairs and brought it back with a broken gearbox which I need to pay for myself now. More focused on complaints than customer satisfaction.

Only had minimum, but sufficient interaction. Don't know if it was down to BDElite but was only contacted by the relevant third parties, ie was not hounded by others trying to pick up business

She has kept communication with me as much as possible and i would highly recommend this company if you ever unfortunately have a RTC.
