I considered Cameron James Financial, because I had been notified by Fundment, that Hartley Pensions were having some financial problems, therefore Clients were required to transfer their funds to a new Scheme. Initially I was advised by Fundment, that they were going to attempt to create their own FA Team. This took some time and at the point when I received notification from the Liquidation Org, that if no progress had been made to find a Scheme, that would take the 'Book' of Clients from Hartley, within a certain period , it was likely that Funds would have to be returned to Clients in cash, this making, in most cases, those Clients liable for a large HMRC tax grab. So having checked out CFJ online at FSCS and registrations etc. I made the call. I was not disappointed. I received clear transparent advice from Nathaniel Jacobs from the start. Bearing in mind that this process took 2 yrs to finalize, I will stress here, not due to any lack of diligence from the CJF Team. They kept in constant contact and advised where necessary right up to completion just a few weeks ago.
