I recently used Robert Nicholls and Alison Holland from First Mortgages to sort out a mortgage application and life insurance cover. I could not have been happier with their service. It was first class, and combined a real personal touch along with the professional service you would expect when dealing with such important business. I would recommend both Robert and Alison to anyone looking for these services. I felt looked after and cared for at every turn.

Massive thanks to Suzanne, who has organised mountains of documents, and put us in an immaculate position going into a mortgage. Stacey for helping keep us updated as soon as things go through. And James who is moving to an in-house service, but gave us plenty of advice despite the fact he will not receive any money for it. Could not be better people in this company.

He was never in a rush and took time to ensure I understood everything with personalised care in difficult family circumstances. She got in touch to make sure I could secure the best possible mortgage deal ahead of time (6 months before the end of my current fixed interest rate) and she was very flexible with communication, offering both phone and Zoom meetings. Ashleigh was always very informative and supportive, and a few weeks after our initial meeting, she was happy to arrange another appointment to review my options again and discuss what would work best for me at that stage. What I really appreciated is that she took the time to understand my individual circumstances and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the most suitable interest rate for my situation. A few days later and as promised, Finlay also got in touch to confirm the progress being made in my new mortgage interest rate agreement. Overall, I have been very happy and pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and personalised support offered by First Mortgage.
