Never used this company before, but got a text saying I'd agreed to a call-back last year for my motorbike insurance at renewal. The problem is, I never agree to calls from quote providers, and my insurance is not due for several months. No idea where they got my contact info from, but not happy with them calling out of the blue.

Initially pleased with the service, however unlike comparison websites, where you enter your details once and relevant quotes are supplied, all that happens here is that you are diverted to other insurance companies, all of which require you to supply all details every time. The last call to get a quote took 45 minutes and was even less competitive than previous quotations. Despite three requests to stop the calls, I am still getting called daily. Extremely frustrating and now turning into nuisance calls.

Rude and Unprofessional! Was put through to this company from Adrian Flux and was hung up on mid conversation for no apparent reason other than beating unable to provide a better quote than my renewal. I wasn’t even given the chance to discuss voluntary excess or named drivers which could have changed the premium. I will be sure to avoid the company in future. It should also be noted that they act under other names such as PolicyLink insurance and a couple of others so be very wary of how they operate!

We've been dealing with Policylink for over 2 years now and they have always delivered on everything that they've promised to us. They are efficient, professional, polite and knowledgeable, always providing good results for both us and clients.

Had a call from Policy Link .... wasn't quite sure at first but after 3 days of trying to secure the best trade policy Kaelym found me the cheapest and suitable policy for our needs. Thank you Kaelym (hope I've remembered your name correctly! )
