I cannot recommend Steven and Mortgage Co. enough. We had a tricky situation with our house purchase and Steven couldn’t not have been more attentive and active with our case. He was dealing with our solicitors, making enquires about our mortgage, and keeping on top of applications for extensions ensuring we were able to keep things going as smoothly as possible. He was also there as shoulder to cry on when it looked like things weren’t going well, and celebrated with us when the sale finally went through. Top service from this company and Steven. Tracey was also fabulous at keeping us updated and chasing things with our lender. When things took longer than they should with the house buying process (due to onward chains) Steven was able to secure us a better interest rate with our lender, which isn’t something I knew was possible!
