For years, my partner Lizzie has had a fear of going to the dentist, however recently acquired an emergency dentist and said she had never experienced care and patience like it. Definitely a worthwhile investment. Had a letter within 5 days confirmed the claim was accepted and the check-up/ treatment was covered without penalty. The policy proved to be a great investment; we received confirmation within five days that the claim was accepted and the check-up/treatment was fully covered. Tom did all the leg work, just had to supply basic details before the policy went live.

Tom helped us with our remortgage and was absolutely outstanding. We were dreading our remortgage given rates were so uncertain in recent times, but Tom found us the best rate months in advance of our renewal, and locked it in for us and it gave us such peace of mind. Fantastic experience from Tom who assisted me recently with my mortgage application process. Tom was brilliant at keeping me informed of the current status of the application both via WhatsApp and email. Not once did I have to contact Tom asking for the current position as he was frequently providing me with updates. Tom explained everything very clearly meaning that I rarely had to ask additional questions. He completed as much of the process as possible on my behalf so that the amount of work I had to do was minimal. Tom was also great in helping me sort extras, including life insurance and building insurance. Again, my involvement in this was minimal and the prices he sourced for me were very competitive.
