With no salary or dividends, and our wealth tied up in company assets and reinvested income, many lenders struggled to understand our position. Ian quickly grasped the bigger picture, presented it properly, and secured a flexible facility at a great rate. He was also proactive in locking in the rate at the early signs of geopolitical uncertainty. Professional, responsive and highly experienced throughout — he made a complex process feel straightforward. I’d highly recommend him, especially for more complex lending cases.

its only 5 stars because i cant do six. Charles Sandey of YLFS has delivered dare i say a prefect Mortgage process even with the issues we faced. I have worked with many Brokers over 20 years in property BTL,HMO, Dev, even thou this was a private mortgage his process and communication from start to finish is the best i have come across.
