I cannot thank Tina enough for her patience and expertise. I was dealing with a bridging lender who had incredibly strict and evolving requirements, resulting in Tina having to draft three different policies to meet their specific clauses. Throughout the entire back-and-forth, Tina remained professional, calm, and super responsive. She understood the urgency of my deadline and didn’t stop until the lender was 100% satisfied. Having a broker who is this dedicated and stays on top of the details is invaluable, especially for complex property deals. I will definitely be recommending Tina and will be using her services for all my future insurance needs!

Been using them for a few years after bouncing around other providers to insure a modest portfolio of properties. They’ve consistently found better deals than elsewhere and a good level of coverage. I’ve been particularly pleased with their communication around renewals time, which has been low pressure, but at the same time incredibly easy to renew. I’ve stopped shopping around at renewals time now, as I have never been able to beat their quotes in the past. Definite recommend based on my experience - I can’t remember who recommended them to me some years ago, but I’m glad they did.

Contacted them last week for a PLI quote and was told they'd get back to me asap, today I called again having not heard from them to be told by the person on the phone their colleague would call me back as soon as they were available... No one has called me. I will not be using these people for insurance if they can't even follow up a simple quote I could never trust they'd follow up on a claim. Appalling service!
