I was so busy and spoke to several different members of staff who were understanding and patient with me. A Lady called Melissa took me under her wing and was superb, as i had to keep bailing out because of a very busy work program. Great company and easy to deal with. I definitely prefer to a human voice.
I have had multi-vehicle and household policies with Norton (previously with Heritage) for many years. Meercats won’t insure my eclectic mix. Reece, the Personal Clent Manager is attentive and willing to answer my questions. Extra Simples!

I’ve used these for years. Today I had a query about my renewal and I got called back as promised. Gypsy-Mae answered all my queries. Overall a great experience, unlike some other companies that I’ve had to deal with in the past.
