I had an awful experience buying my 1st home, I bought a new build that took over 2 years to complete. Aaron helped me with my 1st application which went smoothly and he always explained everything to me with transparency and detail. I had to extend and renew my application multiple times which Aaron always managed to turn round quickly and as easy as possible for me. Near the end of it all at completion I ran into some issues and had to change the mortgage last minute. This was a very tight turn around due to something not being flagged by my solicitor. At this point I was stressing out because we had a week to apply for a new mortgage and have everything ready to complete. Aaron always picked up the phone when I called during this time and sorted the mortgage asap. I cannot thank Aaron enough for his help. Even though these 2 years have been hell, he’s stuck by me all the way to completion! Cannot recommend Aaron enough!
