Amazing support and advice from Jason Loft. As a solo FTB, the whole process was a complete unknown. Jason made me feel at ease from the beginning and talked me through the whole process clearly - answering questions that I didn't even know I had. Following an accepted offer, Jason was extremely helpful outlining the process and all of the things that needed to be done from there. Jason and the team then very quickly assessed all of my documents and had my mortgage application submitted within a week (then approved a week later). I couldn't recommend Jason and the UK Moneyman team enough. Very fairly priced too for the work completed - with no payment required until after the mortgage application was approved.
