They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I was impressed by their caring and supportive approach. I never felt like just another client. They were always approachable, and patient. Communication was excellent, and they were consistently responsive and reassuring. I also appreciated the balance they managed to have between professionalism and friendliness, always polite, but never distant or overly formal. I truly felt I could rely on them and that my best interests were a priority. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
As first time buyers we were nervous and unsure about how it all worked but Laura has been absolutely fantastic and has put us so at ease. Both her and Gavin and been so helpful and the communication has been fantastic. Can't say thank you enough, you've made our lives so much easier and knowing we can ask any silly question we have has been a big help! Would really recommend!
