We first contacted Francis at The Mortgage Shop in Belfast City Centre in 2024 when we began looking to buy our first home. From the start, he was fantastic taking the time to understand our goals and explain everything clearly. After reviewing our information, Francis quickly secured a Decision in Principle, giving us confidence to move forward and start looking. Finding the right property was not easy, with several failed attempts along the way due to properties falling through or simply not being able to find one we truly liked, but we finally found our home and moved in during March 2026. Throughout the process, Francis was supportive, patient, and flexible, making things easy to manage remotely around our busy schedules.
