Trinity Financial? I am definitely using them again and recommending them to my friends and everyone I know needs a broker. Josh was awesome, very responsive and great at his job. It was a very peaceful process with him. I felt he is very good at his job, he knows the exact documents needed and follows up to ensure that all is on track. He is a five star staff and probably working for a 5 star company. Would have been a 5 star review but I took one ( I am very generous, should have taken two 😂) away due to the recommendation of solicitor, that I paid £500 more than the quotes I got myself and from the estate agent. They frustrated the hell out of me. The solicitor was a nightmare, messed up my mental health, no certainty, lack of communication and possibly less knowledge of mortgage processes. Happy, it was a success at the end and I had to pay additional month rent at my previous house due to uncertainty from the solicitor.

We went with Lisa from Trinity Finance as our mortgage broker for the purchase of our first home in 2023 and she went above and beyond, helping not only with our mortgage applications and getting us the best deal but also helping us navigate legal documents and the whole process that goes into buying a home. Since then we have moved to our second home and Lisa again made sure we knew everything we needed to in order to make the best decision on how much we could spend and what the process would look like. As we were waiting she checked for any changes in the market and made sure we would get the best deal again. Along with Chloe we were kept in the loop at all times and I feel we are in great hands. A mortgage broker is pretty much a lifetime commitment and we would not look to go anywhere else.

My experience as a first-time buyer with my broker Joshua Weekes was excellent throughout. He explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. He secured a very competitive deal that I'm genuinely happy with, and processed my application promptly, with quick replies to every message along the way. I’ve tried other mortgage advisers, but none have given me the insight and long-term perspective that Oliver at Trinity does. He knows the mortgage products inside out and always recommends what’s best based on your medium- and long-term plans, not just the immediate deal. He looks after both my residential mortgage and my buy-to-let, and I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. I tried going elsewhere once and definitely learnt my lesson!
