Brilliant from start to finish. Lauren at Mojo was brilliant from the very first meeting. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea how mortgages worked - she walked me through the whole process, how a first property purchase works, and explained every term in detail so I actually understood what I was signing up for. She found me a great deal with Nationwide and was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had. The rate promise was the cherry on top - when interest rates dropped, they texted me straight away and got me onto an even better deal. Outstanding service throughout. If you’re not overly confident with the process of remortgaging or just want to ensure you’re not over paying, i would highly recommend. Customer service was excellent.
