After being told by our previous mortgage advisor that we simply wouldn’t get a mortgage due to my partners wage fluctuating due to being in construction so therefore would have to pull out of the sale of our house and purchase of another we were very frustrated and devastated since we’d previously been told what price we could offer and that it should be ok.
