Made a call as I was unable to access my documents via the link previously sent when I purchased my policy. Call answered promptly, new link sent and problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Happy with the service I received

Paying Too Much were already favourable as they’d under cut some real eye watering rates for going abroad on Travel Cover. I wanted to check my policy was in force and wording so spoke to them by phone ahead of an Athens trip. They were v v helpful and then quickly re issued my policy too. Unlike other contemporary enquiries Pay Too Much seem solicitous swift and prioritising. So much today when you chase things up seems so poor. No one addresses your concerns nor acts with speed. But Pay Too Much Pay Attention!!! Great

Any insurance is only as good as how it deals with claims which no one hopes to use. Having said that I recommend this company to a relative of mine who unfortunately had to make a claim which was dealt with promptly and professionally. Well done I will continue to use as long as the cost stays competitive.

Buyer beware only a Broker, prices maybe competitive but when it comes to making a claim it is dreadful. They do not gave their own department you have to go through a company named Ergo. Took them 10 days to acknowledge receipt of my claim, this was after hanging on 20 minutes on the telephone. Claim put in 14th October and so far have received 2 automated emails saying they will get back to me within 21 days, last one received 15th November saying they will be in contact with me within 21 days. My friend who I was travelling with was insured through Aviva her claim was settled within 8 days. Impossible to get in touch with them do not answer the phone. Needless to say I will not be renewing with them.

Excellent company and very efficient and you can’t get a better price anywhere. I would recommend without hesitation.
