Could give zero stars if it was possible, took insurance from this company at my workplace, from very beginning there was always problem when I try to make claim, when I was eligible it took long fight to get the money from the claim, they will always find excuse not to pay but they were happy to take £120 of the wages every month, other companies offer same benefits for £50 Never again

DO NOT GIVE TOUR DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY! They are thieves. It’s a scam. They will wait for months and then start taking money from your account. Have reported to the police for theft and fraud. They took my details 4 years ago, did nothing with them, couldn’t be contacted. 2 months ago they took a payment from my account. I queried this and told them to return the money. They said they would look into it. Returned saying that I had been contributing for 4 years. When confronted with the fact that there haven’t been any deductions from my payslip they then charged me again , marking it ‘first payment’, after having been told to return my money and erase my details from their accounts. They target people from the transport industry. Again, do not sign up. Can’t award less than one star, or else I would!

Cancelled policy month ago but still take money every week- called customer service three times- sent two emails but no reply- no complaints number to log complaint- awful service

Something that sounded perfect however they get out of paying due to them neglecting to take payment on time . Just another con.

Save your time and your money i was sold my insurance policies in my work place canteen on my lunch , the rep came spoke to me and talked to me about a recovery plan i spoke to her about surgery i was having done which i was assured was coverd on the plan and to take out the recovery plan becuase i would have time off , turns out im not coverd for what i had done and the recovery plan does not cover me either as the first 7 days self certified . Had a plan with my family members on it canceling imediatley would b easier just to save what i been paying for times like now where me being stupid enough to think it was ok to now knowing otherwise.

Great experience with this company ,no problem regarding payment for my claims ,payments within a week ,would highly recommend.

Just a fraud. Whatever was promised when the contract was signed, they will find a way to prevent you from getting paid. I paid a high insurance for the case of illness, they asked for all the documentation 4 times - the same one, after 14 days of prolongation they refused to pay anything with the justification that there is an exception in their conditions... Unnecessary wasted money, I recommend to avoid this company from far
