He is so efficient, gets in touch well before renewal, most times getts at a lower cost , definatly getts you the exact type of cover to suit you , I recently changed back to Bupa and expected it to be bit complicated , it was completely opposit thanks to Bradley he explained in detail the type of cover , did all the work on cancelling the old one and starting the new one , I know we have been with Bradley and Charlie a while now.
