Had Mark helping me as a first time buyer. The process took 15 months due to solicitor complications and issues with the chain of buyers. Mark was helpful the whole way through, chasing responses from solicitors, ensuring I was kept up to date and in the loop at all times and offering advice along the way. This process required two mortgage offers and one extension all of which were the best at the time arranged by Mark which I am very grateful for.
