I do not recommend them. I bought a car because my old car broke down and I had to transfer the insurance to the new car. They took 600 pounds from me for the old insurance, which was 1450, and there were only 5 months left on the policy, knowing that the car I bought was a 2012 model. The insurance is more expensive than the price of my car🤣🤣😅. In short, they are exploitativ.
Recently needed insurance for an unusual car (a classic Mercedes with an engine swap). Comparison websites were giving £4k+ prices, so asked to current owner where he got his insurance from... Cut a long story short Bernard from the Birmingham branch was able to cut the £4k quotes from elsewhere to £2.5k immediately and then he put in some leg work and was able to get it down to just £600. Couldn't have been happier with the service, will be back when insuring my other cars.
