We got our mortgage through Caolan, and we were very pleased with the level of service provided. Caolan is extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgable. We immediately felt comfortable using him as our broker, and although our employment situation was a bit more complex (fixed term) he knew exactly which lenders to approach and what information was needed. Helmut was excellent, he guided us through the entire process as first time homebuyers. Quick to respond to any queries and knows his stuff. Ryan was also very helpful on the phone and through email.
